Additional $385.25 (includes tax) if wedding starts before noon or after 2:00p.m. to cover the bed & breakfast rooms (3 rooms in the main house which will be available for use the night before a morning wedding or available after the wedding for an afternoon/evening wedding).
$550 deposit required; non-refundable after three days. Second payment of $500 due thirty days later. Balance due three weeks prior to wedding.
Champagne Toast allowed (one glass per person only), no other alcohol; must be furnished and served by the bride and groom or their designated person.
